Repair turn-around is generally four to eight weeks. To generate an RA (Return Authorization), fill out the following form.

Unless otherwise noted, all repairs bring your Millennia product to 100% factory specification. All repairs include a fresh 6-month warranty on the entire product.
Every repair order includes a Return Authorization (RA) number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail which includes this number. Please include (1) the RA number on the outside of the box, and (2) a copy of your RA form inside the packing box. Packing instructions will be included on the RA form. Please follow the packing instructions – Millennia is not responsible for incoming transit damage.
When returning the unit, please do not include any cables unless requested.
If you no longer have the unit’s original box, use extra bubble wrap and a sturdy box with ample space. We request that you DO NOT use styrofoam or packing peanuts. Damage will likely occur due to inadequate packing. We highly recommend purchasing parcel insurance or have your chosen carrier handle the packaging. Millennia will only return-ship in a certified Millennia box. Your non-Millennia box will be forfeited and a replacement Millennia box will be used and billed an additional $30. Shipping charges apply.
Warranty coverage excludes: physical damage, abuse, power surge damage, liquid damage, corrosion or any other environmental hazards. We do not repair units with non-factory modifications.
Flat-Rate Repair includes most parts and labor. It excludes vacuum tubes, bulbs, face plates, chassis or knobs. If a full re-cap service is required, an additional bench fee will be applied.
By sending us your unit, you authorize Millennia to make all necessary repairs or modifications to return the unit back to factory specifications or upgrade it as requested.
To avoid additional duties and taxes, repairs from outside USA should include U.S. Customs Form CBP-4455 and an Importer’s Declaration.
We will contact you when your repair is complete. We accept PayPal and credit cards. Unless otherwise specified, we will ship your completed repair via UPS, adult signature required, to the address on the RA form. Shipping insurance will be added upon request.
